On acquiring sites for residential use we usually work on a sole basis but we will consider either a joint venture or consortium project. We try and maximise the site to its full potential working very closely with town planners to create a master plan which will be acceptable to the local authority.
These schemes range from six plots up to six hundred units and have achieved detailed permission which is either ready to re-market or build out on a phased basis.
We have recently obtained planning permission under Permitted Development Rights to convert our premises in Epsom and St Albans from office to residential use. The first phase at Epsom, conversion to 16 one bedroom apartments is now complete and marketing of the development is underway. Work has commenced on phase 2 in Epsom (16 apartments) and St Albans (15 apartments).
