An existing investment which we obtained vacant possession of number 83 and achieved planning under Permitted Development Rights to convert the building into 16 one bedroom apartments.
Number 85 will become vacant in September 2016 and we have achieved planning under Permitted Developments Rights for a further 16 one bedroom apartments.
Number 81 is occupied by a music academy and plans are being drawn up to convert the building into 5 two bedroom apartments, once vacant possession is obtained.
