In February 2015, we disposed of an investment in Ilford to a local investor. Three tenants, Glyn Hopkins, The Gym Group and Enterprise Rent A Car, all secured on long leases. Our acting agents, Ayers & Cruiks, disposed of the asset on our behalf.
