Crittal Road LLP purchased the freehold of the above site, which comprised of four buildings of varying condition over 4 acres. One of the buildings was sold to the adjacent neighbour and another was demolished to improve the overall layout of site. The third, a 15,000 sq ft warehouse / offices, was let almost immediately.The tenant also entered into an Agreement to Lease the main 50,000 sq ft warehouse/offices, which have been subject to a £1.2m refurbishment programme. The refurbishment involved the complete strip of the existing building back to it’s original portal frame, upgrade of the frame, installation of new cladding, provision of a new over-slab and installation of associated services.
